All purchases are covered by our 60-Day After-Sales Warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered.
If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 60 days that is not caused by misuse or accidental damage, we'll provide a free replacement.
This warranty does not cover:

Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Most orders are processed within 12–24 hours.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation free of charge by contacting support@pussyx.co.uk.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it.
If you no longer require the item, you may return it in accordance with our return policy below. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy
