Water passes straight through, there are no hidden corners and both ends dry quickly. The two textures are distinct and useful.

Many enclosed cups are too short for comfortable full movement. This allows complete pass-through and never bottoms out, which immediately made it easier to use. The tighter side gives firm spiral contact; the softer entrance works better for longer, slower sessions. I like activating only the motor nearest the chosen end, though both together are powerful. Cleaning could not be simpler because water runs straight through. It is one of the rare designs where convenience and sensation improve each other rather than requiring a compromise.

The two openings are not cosmetic variations. One side has a tighter spiralling grip, while the other feels softer and more rhythmic. Switching ends changes the session without changing devices, and the open-through channel means there is no hard depth limit. I mostly use one motor at a time because the targeted vibration makes each texture easier to feel. Running both gives a broader buzz for the finish. Full waterproofing makes the design especially practical: rinse straight through the centre, shake off the water and leave it open to dry.

Travel use is where the size becomes a drawback. Dual entries, separate motors and waterproof construction are excellent, but the body is wider and heavier than the simple open sleeve I expected to pack. At home that bulk gives a secure grip, so performance is unaffected. The tighter side feels particularly good, and the open channel accommodates any comfortable depth. For bathroom use it is close to perfect; for luggage, it takes more room than planned.

Water passes through the open channel, both motors stay strong and neither end traps a puddle. It may be the simplest powered sleeve I own to rinse.

One opening grips firmly, the other feels gentler, and the separate motors change the challenge again. That variety keeps stop-start practice from becoming repetitive.

Stop-start practice was my reason for buying it, not maximum intensity. Ten vibration modes let me increase stimulation in small steps, then pause without removing the sleeve. The flow-through shape keeps pressure consistent regardless of length, and the two entries provide clearly different grip. Each end has its own motor, allowing focused vibration where it is most effective. Shower use is straightforward with the IPX7 body. It feels simple, durable and more versatile than an ordinary open-ended stroker.
